Transport Solutions installs and commissions every Cartesy system on-site, with calibration under working load conditions and a full handover to your operators. The aim is simple: an inspection lane configured to support NCT, MOT and CVRT approval from day one, subject to local authority approval and final commissioning.
On-site installation oversight
We coordinate delivery, civil works alignment, and equipment positioning on the day of installation — making sure the lane layout matches the pre-installation plan and the inspection authority's requirements.
Calibration under working load conditions
Brake testers, suspension testers, axle load systems and play detectors are calibrated against working loads, not bench conditions, so the values you read on day one are the values you will read in service.
Full system validation testing
Every test module is validated end-to-end — sensors, control software, automated reporting and operator interface — to confirm the lane behaves as a unified, inspection-ready system before sign-off.
Operator training and handover
Your team is trained on the equipment, the control software, and the automated reporting formats used by inspection authorities. We hand over a documented, operational lane — not a delivery receipt.
