Cookie Policy
Last updated 20 July 2026
This policy explains how Transport Solutions s.r.o. uses cookies and similar technologies on this site.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to make it work, to keep you signed in, and — with your consent — to understand how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, are treated the same way in this policy.
2. Categories we use
We use three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website and the dealer portal to function — authenticating you, maintaining your session, remembering your cookie choices and securing checkout — and are exempt from consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Marketing cookies support measurement of our advertising on Google and Meta. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you have given consent, never before, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
3. Cookies we set
- Better-Auth session cookie (first-party) — keeps you signed in to the dealer portal; strictly necessary; cleared on sign-out or expiry.
- ts-consent (first-party) — records the cookie choices you made in the banner; strictly necessary; stored for 12 months where you accepted, or 6 months where you declined, after which we ask again.
- Stripe cookies, __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid (Stripe) — set during card payment for fraud prevention; strictly necessary for the checkout function.
- Google Analytics cookies, _ga and _ga_* (Google) — distinguish visitors and measure how the site is used; analytics; set only with your consent; stored for up to 24 months.
- Google Tag Manager (Google) — loads the analytics and marketing tags listed here; sets no cookies of its own; loaded only after you consent.
- Meta Pixel cookie, _fbp (Meta) — measures advertising performance and supports audience building; marketing; set only with your consent; stored for up to 3 months.
- ts-attribution (first-party, browser session storage) — records which advert or campaign you arrived from, so we can tell which marketing brings us dealer enquiries; marketing; saved only with your consent, kept in your browser rather than sent to any third party, and erased when you close the tab.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel) — count visits and measure page-loading performance in aggregate; they set no cookies and store nothing on your device, and therefore require no consent.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide functionality on our site: Stripe for secure payment processing (strictly necessary), Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and Meta for advertising measurement. The Google and Meta tags are loaded only after you have consented to the relevant category, and we apply Google Consent Mode so that no measurement cookies are written while consent is withheld. In respect of the Meta Pixel we act as a joint controller with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for the collection and transmission of the data concerned. Our host Vercel additionally provides aggregate audience and performance measurement (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). It sets no cookies and neither stores nor reads anything on your device — visits are counted from a short-lived identifier derived on Vercel’s servers and rotated daily, which is never retained in a form that identifies you — so it is not subject to the consent requirement and is active on all pages. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Managing cookies
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page to review or change your choices at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Switching a category off stops any further data being collected; scripts already running in the current tab stop at your next page load. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the dealer portal from functioning.
6. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications; any associated personal data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and marketing cookies are stored and read only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is requested before they are set and which you may withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Measurement that neither stores anything on nor reads anything from your device — the aggregate audience and performance statistics provided by our host Vercel — falls outside that consent requirement, which concerns storage on and access to terminal equipment; the limited personal data involved is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding and improving how the site performs.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and is marked with the date it was last updated.
